WE ARE WHERE SHE EXPANDS.

We’re creating a movement that empowers women
to overcome limiting beliefs and reach their fullest potential
by fostering deep self-awareness, engaging in meaningful conversations,
providing education, and encouraging purposeful work.

Within this framework, we offer programming, tools, and resources
—shaped by our content and gatherings—
that not only elevate experts but also nurtures each of us to
expand beyond expectations.

A Word From Our Founders

We were given this space for a founders’ letter, but we’ve chosen to open it up. Because Let It Break isn’t just our story – it belongs to all of us.

As women, we’re so often put into boxes—told where we can and cannot be, and who we can or cannot become. We’ve felt this. Yet, in our friendship, we found something liberating: permission to be our truest selves, unfiltered and unbound by expectations.

On paper, it’s easy to label us a ‘community’ or a ‘network.’ We know we are more—a movement in the making. A gateway for women to discover the tools we need to become our highest selves. Because we recognize it’s a process.

We believe what we discovered is not unique to us but essential for all women–and so, we welcome you to join this movement.

Together, we will set out on new paths, guided by one another. We will hold each other close, keeping one another accountable for the growth we know is possible.

We do not have all the answers–and that’s okay. We have something much more powerful—the freedom to seek them out together.

ABOUT OUR CEO

There are moments when who you are becoming intersects with the work you’re doing—for me, that intersection is Let It Break.

Like many of you, I consider myself to be an ambitious woman. My journey has been marked by the pursuit of professional success and in recent years, a deep commitment to personal growth, self-awareness, and expansion. However, despite the highs of my career as a marketing executive, I yearned for more—alignment, growth, and the courage to be the most authentic version of myself.

Having the opportunity to build Let It Break has been my answer. For me, it’s far more than a role; it’s a calling—something my younger self needed and something I believe will be so vital for young women, my two daughters included.

In this process, I’m rediscovering myself, connecting to my power and presence in new ways.

I’m thrilled to share this journey with you. This is just the beginning.
